</li></ul>Job description &ndash; EXPERIENCED Project Manager/Estimator for Residential Painting Company 
Required: 3-6 month internal internship program to learn our methods first before assuming the role. 
 
Are you an adept Project Manager/Estimator with a passion for precision and a knack for delivering outstanding results in the residential painting industry? Look no further! We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team in the dual role of Project Manager and Estimator, specializing in residential painting projects. The successful candidate will complete our 3 - 6 month internship program before assuming this role. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, superb organizational skills, and a dedication to achieving project objectives with excellence. Moreover, as a working painter, you will play an integral role in project execution, ensuring efficient and high-quality completion according to residential standards. 
 
Skills Required: 
<ul>
<li>Project management &ndash; 3-years&rsquo; experience in residential painting</li>
<li>Painting Estimator &ndash; 3 years experience in residential painting</li>
<li>Painting experience &ndash; 5 years with at least 2 years experience in high-end residential painting (stucco experience preferred).</li>
<li>Strong leadership/management skills.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ladder climbing, working in the heat, and carrying buckets of paint are a part of the job.</li>

Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Has strong time management skills with the ability to tackle and complete projects in a timely manner while maintaining our high standard for quality.</li>
<li>Makes sure that the project is running smoothly and handles any problems quickly and effectively.</li>
<li>On a routine basis, check on the crews for quality and assistance.</li>
<li>Communicate regular progress updates to management and clients.</li>
<li>Ensures that the project and crew comply with all safety codes and standards.</li>
<li>Does the final project walk-through while ensuring the quality is up to our standards.</li>
<li>Ensures that each job has the necessary materials, and staff, and picks-up and delivers supplies to the job site if needed.</li>
<li>Maintains excellent communication with the customers.</li>
<li>Must do daily reports.</li>
<li>Makes sure each employee turns in their payroll hours on time and with the correct project noted.</li>
<li>Able to assist (train) painters in improving their skills level.</li>
<li>Maintains excellent relationships with the crew and helps build and guide a winning team.</li>
<li>Does job scheduling in a timely manner.</li>
</ul>The applicant must have: 
<ul>
<li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license</li>
<li>A clean DMV record</li>
<li>A working truck or van</li>
</ul>Must be willing to undergo a drug and background test. 
We are an established painting contractor company in the Scottsdale area with 20 years in the business. We are seeking a motivated, career-minded individual to join our team. We work primarily in residential houses doing interior and exterior painting mainly in the North Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Carefree areas. 
 
Please provide 2 painting work-related references at the interview. 
Job Type: Full-time 
Pay: $27-$29 per hour
