 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 The Accounting Administrator supports both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions as well as other general accounting needs like expense report processing and is a great entry point into a professional services accounting environment, specifically Multifamily architecture. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and gain exposure to multiple aspects of accounting operations.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll work closely with the accounting team and project teams to keep processes running smoothly while building foundational skills in administrative, billing, and financial coordination.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist with processing vendor invoices and supporting accounts payable activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Help prepare and send client invoices under the guidance of senior team members
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in reviewing and processing expense reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Support PTO reconciliations and other accounting related data entry tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with follow-ups on outstanding invoices as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal teams to gather billing or payment information
 </li>
 <li>
 Help improve organization and efficiency of accounting processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What You Need To Bring
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, billing, or administrative support
 </li>
 <li>
 OR a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
 </li>
 <li>
 Adaptability and openness to new systems and processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Positive, team-oriented attitude with a &ldquo;no task too small&rdquo; mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
 
 
 </li>
