If you are someone who takes ownership, collaborates well, and is driven to grow, you&rsquo;ll find real opportunity here.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESShowroom Experience &amp; Client Consultation<ul><li>Welcome clients and create a professional, inviting showroom experience that reflects our commitment to excellence</li><li>Assist residential and trade clients with stone and tile selections</li><li>Provide thoughtful design guidance tailored to each client&rsquo;s project and vision</li><li>Educate clients on materials including natural stone, quartz, porcelain, and tile</li><li>Maintain showroom appearance, organization, and merchandising standards</li></ul>Customer Success &amp; Relationship Management<ul><li>Build strong client relationships through phone, email, and in-person communication</li><li>Deliver responsive, high-quality service that puts the customer first</li><li>Understand customer goals and proactively support their project success</li><li>Educate customers on product offerings, best practices, and new materials</li></ul>Sales &amp; Order Management<ul><li>Process and manage customer orders with accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail</li><li>Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and support sales initiatives</li><li>Track orders from receipt of the order to timely delivery, communicating with the customer throughout the process ensuring their timeline is met.</li><li>Identify opportunities for account growth and partner with sales to expand business</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Partner closely with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Marketing teams</li><li>Ensure seamless communication and execution across departments</li><li>Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems</li><li>Share customer feedback to support continuous improvement and innovation</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities<ul><li>Participate in showroom events, training, and special projects</li><li>Stay up to date on product knowledge, inventory, and industry trends</li></ul>WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (OUR CORE VALUES IN ACTION)<ul><li>Customer Focus: You create exceptional, personalized experiences that build lasting relationships</li><li>Integrity: You communicate honestly and follow through on commitments</li><li>Excellence: You take pride in accuracy, organization, and delivering high-quality work</li><li>Innovation: You look for better ways to serve customers and improve processes</li><li>Collaboration: You work seamlessly across teams to achieve shared goals</li><li>Accountability: You take ownership of your work and outcomes</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in interior design (preferred)</li><li>3+ years of customer service, retail, or related experience</li><li>Experience in stone, tile, construction, or design industry (preferred)</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Confident, professional, and customer-focused demeanor</li><li>Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus)</li><li>Self-motivated with a proactive, team-oriented mindset</li></ul>WHAT WE OFFER<ul><li>Competitive pay and benefits package</li><li>Access to premium materials and design tools</li><li>A collaborative, values-driven culture focused on growth and development</li><li>Opportunities for advancement within a respected industry leader</li></ul>ABOUT DWYER MARBLE &amp; STONEAt Dwyer Marble &amp; Stone, we don&rsquo;t just sell materials&mdash;we shape spaces.
