Flexibility is preferred and other days/hours may be available depending on needs of the business.<ul><li>Monday 12pm-4pm</li><li>Wednesday 12pm-4pm</li><li>Rotating Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm</li></ul>POSITION OVERVIEWDwyer Marble &amp; Stone is seeking a client-focused and detail-oriented Showroom Representative to join our high-end showroom. This role blends interior design expertise with exceptional customer service, guiding clients through their stone and tile selections while ensuring an elevated showroom experience. The ideal candidate combines a strong design sensibility with a confident sales approach while maintaining strong organization and detail during the management of client projects from inspiration to order completion. This candidate must embody our core company values of customer focus, integrity, excellence, innovation, collaboration, and accountability.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Greeting: Welcoming clients and guests upon entry to the showroom with a professional and friendly demeanor in order to create an inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional showroom experience</li><li>Customer Service: Exhibiting strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for creating memorable client experiences and fostering strong relationships</li><li>Consult: Assist residential clientele with their stone and tile selections, offering design guidance and support related to their project</li><li>Education: Providing product knowledge and appropriate material options tailored to specific project needs</li><li>Project Management: Managing multiple client projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and precision when placing and overseeing client orders</li><li>Support: Working collaboratively with showroom staff as well as our Warehouse, Sales, and Marketing departments, to ensure smooth communication and seamless processes</li><li>Maintain: Maintaining the showroom appearance through light housekeeping, restocking, and upholding sample organization and merchandising standards</li><li>Assist: Participate in showroom events, trainings, and special projects as needed</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design is preferred</li><li>3+ years of retail or customer service experience is a plus</li><li>Previous experience in the tile and stone, building, or design industry is a plus</li><li>Polished appearance and professional presentation</li><li>Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality</li><li>Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment</li><li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Self-starter who is willing to go the extra mile</li><li>Comfortable balancing multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Basic computer proficiency, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering a consistent, elevated client experience</li><li>Knowledge of surface materials (natural stone, quartz, porcelain) and their applications is a plus</li></ul>WHAT WE OFFER<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Access to premium materials and design tools</li><li>Collaborative and design-driven team culture</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth within a respected industry leader</li></ul>ABOUT DWYER MARBLE &amp; STONEAt Dwyer Marble &amp; Stone, we don&rsquo;t just sell materials, we shape spaces.
