Service Plumber Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform a wide range of residential plumbing services, including installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.</li>
<li>Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and provide efficient solutions to meet customer needs.</li>
<li>Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, faucets, and water heaters.</li>
<li>Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems and identify potential problems or areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with customers, actively listening to their concerns and providing expert advice and recommendations.</li>
<li>Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards, local codes, and safety protocols.</li>
<li>Document services performed, materials used, and time spent on each job accurately and efficiently.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.</li>
<li>Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, actively seeking opportunities for professional development.</li>
<li>Foster positive relationships with team members, providing support and assistance as needed.</li>

Service Plumber Qualifications:
<ul><li>Journeyman Plumber certification or equivalent.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Proven experience in residential plumbing services, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of plumbing systems, fixtures, and materials.</li>
<li>Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and communication abilities.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality workmanship.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li>
<li>Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
