We are looking for an experienced Joinery Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our joinery facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodwork production, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage workflow from raw materials to final installation.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and supervise the joinery production team, ensuring work is completed on time and to high quality standards</li><li>Coordinate daily production schedules and allocate tasks to carpenters, machine operators, and finishing teams</li><li>Review technical drawings, cutting lists, and ensure accurate fabrication</li><li>Monitor materials, stock levels, and production timelines</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety procedures, quality control, and company standards</li><li>Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements</li><li>Liaise with project managers and site teams to meet project deadlines</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 4&ndash;6 years of experience in joinery production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role</li><li>Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing, machinery, and carpentry techniques</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality assurance</li><li>UAE experience is an advantage</li></ul>Location: UAE Availability: Immediate joiners preferredIf you have the experience and leadership to run a busy joinery production floor, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you. Joinery Production Supervisor

Site Supervisor &ndash; (Joinery &amp; Interior Design)We are seeking a Site Supervisor with 10&ndash;12 years of hands-on experience in supervising joinery and interior designing works at site.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Supervise and manage a team of carpenters, helpers, technicians, and subcontractors at the site.&middot; Allocate and monitor daily work tasks based on project schedule, scope, and client specifications.&middot; Read and interpret blueprints, joinery drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents to guide execution.&middot; Ensure proper installation of doors, wardrobes, kitchens, vanities, wall cladding, and other joinery elements.&middot; Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Clients for site instructions and progress updates.&middot; Maintain quality control standards by conducting regular inspections during and after installation.&middot; Identify and resolve on-site issues related to material, manpower, or coordination without delays.&middot; Ensure site activities are carried out in compliance with HSE standards and authority regulations (e.g., DCD, DDA, Dubai Municipality).&middot; Monitor material availability, stock usage, and coordinate with store or procurement teams.&middot; Maintain accurate records of daily progress, workforce attendance, and snag lists.&middot; Support handover activities, including mock-up approvals, punch list clearance, and final inspections.Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:&middot; 10&ndash;12 years of proven experience in joinery and interior designing site execution, especially in high-end residential or commercial projects.&middot; Strong understanding of woodwork installation techniques, joinery materials, finishes, and hardware.&middot; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction layouts accurately.&middot; Good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with workers, engineers, and clients.&middot; Ability to manage multiple teams and tight project timelines.&middot; Knowledge of health &amp; safety practices and site safety compliance.&middot; UAE driving license, will be an added advantage.Education:&middot; Diploma or ITI in Civil or equivalent technical qualification.Job Type: Full-time
