We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering our products/services to meet those needs.<ul><li>Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers via phone or other communication channels.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition.</li><li>Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the needs and requirements of potential customers.</li><li>Tailor product offerings based on customer preferences.</li><li>Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers through active listening and communication.</li><li>Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Actively follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure potential clients feel valued and informed about our offerings.</li><li>Record accurate and detailed information about customer interactions, inquiries, and preferences in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.</li><li>Nurture leads through regular follow-up calls or emails to maintain engagement and guide them through the sales process.</li><li>Facilitate the closing of sales by addressing any remaining concerns and securing commitment.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions for reporting and analysis purposes.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.</li></ul>Requirements and skills<ul><li>Should be Graduate.</li><li>Proven experience as sales role.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.</li><li>Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.</li><li>Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.</li><li>Proficiency in English is a must.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skill.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent customer service and sales skills.</li><li>Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
