The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for managing a high-volume account portfolio, ensuring vendor invoices are accurately recorded and processed on time, in accordance with department goals and objectives. 
 
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Analyst include, but are not limited to: 
<ul><li>Review and process vendor invoices/credit memos, ensuring accurate coding and data entry</li><li>Validate invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods/services prior to issuing payment</li><li>Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships</li><li>Research and reconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices are accounted for</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing to prevent errors/duplicates</li><li>Communicate with vendors and employees at all levels of the company.</li><li>Coordinate with internal and external customers to resolve invoice discrepancies</li><li>Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies promptly</li><li>Adhere to all company procedures, approval processes, and internal controls related to Accounts Payable</li></ul></div><div>
Requirements of the Accounts Payable Analyst include, but are not limited to: 
<ul><li>High School diploma and/or equivalent</li><li>Experience working in AP 1-7 years&rsquo; experience</li><li>Experience with accounting software</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, MUST have intermediate Excel knowledge
</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Capable of performing effectively in a dynamic and high-volume environment</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing</li><li>Strong organizational abilities: skilled at prioritizing tasks, ensuring objectives are met, and adhering to deadlines</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li></ul></div>

Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations</li><li>Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements</li><li>Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles</li><li>Coordinate and complete annual audits</li><li>Provide recommendations</li><li>Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions</li><li>Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy</li><li>Meet financial accounting objectives</li><li>Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions</li></ul>
Qualifications of the Accounting Manager include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager</li><li>Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases</li><li>Ability to manipulate large amounts of data</li><li>Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to direct and supervise</li><li>BS degree in Accounting or Finance</li></ul>
