Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Schedules and dispatches shop field service technicians</li><li>
Assigns duties to service technician</li><li>
Prepares quotes on service jobs</li><li>
Enters sales orders for service jobsOrders parts for service jobs</li><li>
Orders parts for service jobs</li><li>
Assigns labor to service jobs</li><li>
Invoices service jobs</li><li>
Ensures that service jobs are progressing according to schedule</li></ul>
Qualifications of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Experience in pump service and fabrication</li><li>
Ability to motivate team and accomplish goals</li><li>
Broad knowledge and experience in the industry</li><li>
Knowledgeable of computers and technology</li><li>
Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication</li><li>
Ability to work both independently and within a team</li></ul>
Additional Information:<ul><li>
Physical Demand: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs</li><li>
Working Conditions: Office and shop environment</li><li>
Training/Certifications: N/A</li><li>
Shift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 8:00am &ndash; 5:00pm; Occasional Overtime</li><li>
Travel: Minimal local travel</li><li>

Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations</li><li>Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements</li><li>Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles</li><li>Coordinate and complete annual audits</li><li>Provide recommendations</li><li>Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions</li><li>Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy</li><li>Meet financial accounting objectives</li><li>Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions</li></ul>
Qualifications of the Accounting Manager include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager</li><li>Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases</li><li>Ability to manipulate large amounts of data</li><li>Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to direct and supervise</li><li>BS degree in Accounting or Finance</li></ul>
