 Establishing procurement strategies for raw materials and packaging materials in line with company objectives,

 Managing the procurement process to ensure the timely supply of raw materials and packaging with optimal cost and quality,
 </li>

 Developing alternative suppliers and materials for Reduce costs and improve process,
 </li>
 <li>
 Following the market indicators closely and take the necessary purchasing measures,
 </li>
 <li>
 Working in coordination with all departments to take necessary actions
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing and regulating procurement reports regarding raw materials and packaging purchases,

 Periodic reporting of budget realizations.

 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields,

 Minimum 3 years of experience in Raw Material and/or Packaging Procurement or similar functions,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of written and spoken English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced user of MS Office applications,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably knowledge of SAP MM Modul,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in strategy development, supplier research-development,
 </li>
 <li>
 Key skills and abilities include proactive, analytical thinking and problem solving,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication &amp; negotiation skills with excellent organizing and planning skills,
 </li>

 Acts in accordance with the policies, procedures and instructions published and implemented within the scope of Management Systems (KVKK, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRCGS, Halal, YYS, Scan),
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures the sustainability of management systems by following current standards. Monitoring and controlling the documantation,

 Establishing and managing systems that comply with international quality standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and etc.,
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitors the compliance of all locations' internal and external audits, hygiene audits, supplier audits, OEM company audits, dealer and warehouse audits with the plan,

 Prepares audit reports and ensures that actions are taken and followed up,

 Qualifications

 Graduate from Food or Chemical Engineering departments of universities,

 <li>
 Knowledge and experience with food safety management systems (TSE 22000, ISO 9001, BRC etc.),
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably has ISO 9001 and 22000 auditor certification,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably with experience on auditing certification or equivalent experience,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably quality system management experience in FMCG manufacturing environment min. 5 years,
 </li>
 <li>
 Working in harmony and coordination with the team with strong communication skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills and presence in meetings,
 </li>
 <li>
 Being solution-oriented with an innovative perspective, resolving complex problems,
 </li>
 <li>
 Acting proactively by taking responsibility with a system development perspective,
 </li>

 Experience in team management,

 Have a good command of spoken and written English,
