This is a hands-on, technically driven role that requires strong WordPress development knowledge&mdash;including coding experience with HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript&mdash;combined with a broader understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics.</p><p></p><p><br>
As a Digital Lead, you&rsquo;ll maintain and build web pages across Dycom&rsquo;s network while analyzing performance data, managing web projects, and supporting digital initiatives like landing pages and email campaigns. What you&rsquo;ll do</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li><p>
Manage day-to-day website updates and enhancements across Dycom&rsquo;s corporate and subsidiary sites.</p></li><li><p>
Build and maintain web pages and templates within the Understrap and Salient WordPress themes, applying hands-on development skills in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.</p></li><li><p>
Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end issues to ensure optimal website performance, accessibility, and security.</p></li><li><p>
Coordinate and track website projects, partnering closely with the Marketing Team, IT Website Engineering team, external vendors, and subsidiary contacts.</p></li><li><p>
Support SEO best practices, metadata management, and site structure improvements to increase visibility and organic performance.</p></li><li><p>
Monitor analytics (GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush) to track site performance and identify actionable insights.</p></li><li><p>
Assist with creating and optimizing landing pages and forms for marketing and lead generation campaigns (Gravity Forms, Zapier, Smartsheet).</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate with the marketing team to support email marketing efforts using MyEmma, including form integrations, testing, and performance reporting.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain documentation of site configurations, plugins, and workflows to ensure consistency across Dycom&rsquo;s digital ecosystem.</p></li><li><p>
Coordinate with IT Security to ensure compliance with Dycom&rsquo;s security and data protection standards.</p></li><li><p>
Support the rollout of new websites and digital initiatives, including landing pages,</p></li><li><p>
microsites, and interactive content.</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What you&rsquo;ll need</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li><p>
To be 18 years of age or older</p></li><li><p>
Authorization to work in the United States for this company</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in website management, development, or digital operations (corporate, agency, or multi-site environment preferred).</p></li><li><p>
Proven technical expertise in WordPress frontend development experience, including Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), Understrap, Salient, and WPBakery (or equivalent page builders).</p></li><li><p>
Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.</p></li><li><p>
Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEMrush.</p></li><li><p>
Experience with Gravity Forms, Zapier, and Smartsheet integrations.</p></li><li><p>
Basic understanding of email marketing tools (e.g., MyEmma) and landing page optimization.</p></li><li><p>
Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across marketing, IT, and external teams.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Additional qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>
Experience managing websites across multiple brands or business units.</p></li><li><p>
Knowledge of ADA accessibility and UX best practices.</p></li><li><p>
Familiarity with WP Umbrella, Yoast SEO, or CRM form integrations (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
