 The Nurse Supervisor will oversee the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. You will utilize expertise in the leadership role as a manager; supervise and coordinate nursing personnel in providing direct resident care in adherence to State, Federal and corporate guidelines.
 
 
 The Nurse Supervisor coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to center&rsquo;s clinical systems and regulatory compliance.
 
 
 
 Nurse Supervisor Requirements:

 Must have valid Indiana RN or LPN License

 Demonstrate a high standard of ethics

 Position Summary
 
 
 
 Casa Health Care is seeking a highly skilled
 
 HVAC Technician
 
 to support our
 
 seven Northwest Indiana campuses
 
 . The technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across multiple facilities. This role ensures that residents, staff, and visitors enjoy a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment by keeping all HVAC systems operating efficiently and compliant with regulatory standards.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, chillers, rooftop units, and refrigeration equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and maintain accurate service logs and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor, adjust, and calibrate systems to maintain proper temperature, humidity, ventilation, and air quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with OSHA, infection control, and all state/federal regulatory requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond promptly to work orders, service calls, and emergency repair requests
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with facility leadership to minimize operational downtime and disruptions
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with general facility maintenance tasks when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain inventory of HVAC tools, supplies, and replacement parts
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or GED required
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience required (healthcare or commercial facility preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 EPA Refrigeration Certification (Type I &amp; II or Universal) required
 </li>
 <li>
 HVAC certification or completion of an accredited technical training program preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, system controls, and repair techniques
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely work in various indoor/outdoor environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation to travel among all 7 Casa Health Care locations
