Role Highlights: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO and CFO. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and assisting with special projects. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, discretion, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 
 
Shaping Impact: Your Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage and maintain calendars for the CEO and CFO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.</li><li>
Prepare, review, and distribute confidential correspondence and reports.</li><li>
Coordinate and facilitate communication between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.</li><li>
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.</li><li>
Assist with the planning and execution of company events and executive engagements.</li><li>
Support with administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and document management.</li><li>
Conduct research and compile data for various projects and presentations.</li><li>
Serve as a point of contact for various departments and external partners.</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality and always exercise discretion.</li></ul>
Your Unique Qualifications:
<ul><li>Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.</li><li>
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.</li><li>
Problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.</li></ul>

Benefits/Compensation:<ul><li>
