 Lead Generation Specialist
 
 to join our growing organization. This is a

 that will directly support the CEO in identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients for our Microsoft Dynamics and integration solutions.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Research and identify new business opportunities through
 
 LinkedIn, email, and online platforms
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate qualified leads and maintain a structured leads database.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reach out to prospects via
 
 email, LinkedIn messages, and phone calls
 
 to introduce our solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule online meetings and demos for the CEO or technical team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with management to design outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report lead generation metrics and pipeline status.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 3 years of experience
 
 in
 
 lead generation, inside sales, or business development
 
 . Must be in the
 
 software or IT industry
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of
 
 LinkedIn Sales Navigator
 
 ,
 
 email marketing
 
 , and
 
 CRM tools
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent
 
 English communication and writing skills
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and take ownership of the full lead generation process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with
 
 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations (F&amp;O)
 
 or ERP systems is a
 
 strong advantage
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented personality.
 </li>
