We&rsquo;re looking for a talented and motivated ReactJS / NextJS Developer with 2&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience in building modern, scalable, and visually appealing web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of frontend development principles and a keen eye for design and user experience.You&rsquo;ll be working closely with our product and design teams to deliver high-quality, performant, and maintainable user interfaces.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS and NextJS.</li><li>Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code.</li><li>Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.</li><li>Implement reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.</li><li>Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.</li><li>Work with APIs and integrate backend services.</li><li>Participate in code reviews and maintain clean, readable code standards.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of professional experience in ReactJS and NextJS.</li><li>Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.</li><li>Experience with TypeScript is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).</li><li>Knowledge of modern build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).</li><li>Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.</li><li>Strong grasp of UI/UX design principles and attention to detail.</li><li>Experience with Git and version control best practices.</li><li>Good understanding of SEO principles and server-side rendering in NextJS.</li></ul>Soft Skills &amp; Work Ethic<ul><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.</li><li>Punctuality, discipline, and accountability in meeting deadlines.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.</li><li>Commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.</li></ul>Probation &amp; Employment<ul><li>1-Month Fully Paid Probation Period.</li><li>Upon successful completion, full-time employment will be offered with additional benefits.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 1 monthPay: Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
