Full job description-We are hiring a smart and energetic Female Patient Coordinator to join our team.Key Responsibilities;<ul><li>Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients at all times.</li><li>Responding promptly to patients inquiries.</li><li>Communicating with patients through various channels.</li><li>Acknowledging and resolving patients' complaints.</li><li>Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.</li><li>Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.</li><li>Keeping records of patients, or clients interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.</li><li>Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.</li><li>Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.</li><li>Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.</li><li>Ensure patient satisfaction and provide professional customer support.</li><li>Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts</li><li>Answering questions about products or the company</li><li>Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor Degree.</li><li>Ability to stay calm when clients are stressed or upset.</li><li>Skillful using computers.</li><li>Experience working with customer support.</li><li>Fluency in English is a must.</li><li>Healthcare: 1 years (Required)</li><li>Freshers are also welcome.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you available to join immediately?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Patient Coordinator: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
