Content &amp; Social Media Manager (In-Shop)Dynamic Auto Pros &ndash; Garden City, IdahoDynamic Auto Pros is looking for a Content &amp; Social Media Manager to take ownership of our online presence and help grow the brand through consistent, high-quality content.This is an in-shop, hands-on role&mdash;you&rsquo;ll be actively creating content inside the shop, capturing real work, and helping turn that into leads, engagement, and long-term brand growth.What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing<ul><li>Filming and creating content daily in the shop (PPF, wraps, tint, detailing)</li><li>Shooting before &amp; afters, process videos, and highlight content</li><li>Editing videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok</li><li>Writing captions and posting consistently across all platforms</li><li>Planning and executing promotions and campaigns</li><li>Assisting with blog content and website updates and Newsletters</li><li>Managing comments, messages, and basic customer engagement</li><li>Helping maintain a consistent brand voice and content style</li><li>Posting Daily on GMB</li><li>Event Coordination &amp; Booth Representative (Only a few a year)</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Consistent, high-quality content being posted weekly</li><li>Increased engagement, followers, and visibility</li><li>Content that actually helps drive leads and booked jobs</li><li>Organized, planned-out campaigns (not last-minute posting)</li><li>Natural SEO from consistent high authority Blogs</li><li>Newsletter Growth</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Experience managing social media accounts or creating content consistently</li><li>Comfortable filming in a fast-paced shop environment</li><li>Confident being on camera if needed and directing others when needed</li><li>Basic video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, etc.)</li><li>Organized and able to plan content ahead&mdash;not just react</li><li>Interest in automotive (or willingness to learn quickly)</li></ul>Pay &amp; Schedule<ul><li>$19&ndash;$25/hr (based on experience) + Performance based bonuses</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM (30-40hrs weekly)</li><li>In-shop role (Garden City, ID)</li></ul>Growth OpportunityThis is not just a &ldquo;posting&rdquo; role.There is strong potential to grow into a lead marketing / brand role as we continue to expand.
