<div>The Business Manager at Dynamic Dental Partners is responsible for running and perpetuating a productive, efficient, and engaged dental practice. At the core of your dedication is supporting the doctors, the Director of Operations (DO) and the office staff to develop the practice while developing a successful and positive team.</div>
Responsibilities:
<div><b>Essential Functions:</b></div><ul><li>
Be supportive of company standards while effectively building and nurturing a positive working relationship with the doctor(s).</li><li>
Provide exceptional customer service by making the patient the #1 priority!</li><li>
Management, training, and oversight of our office staff team members.</li><li>
Strong organizational and leadership skills.</li><li>
Collaboration with experienced professionals in our corporate and operations management teams.</li><li>
Versatility in working with analytical and financial data; including budgets, financial plans, and reports.</li><li>
Using information systems tools and reports.</li><li>
Good judgment and a strong ability to work with people like our team members, patients, and management.</li><li>
Good written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Lots of enthusiasm for seeing the company&rsquo;s business constantly improve.</li><li>
Lead strategic local marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness and new patient growth.
</li><li>Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.</li><li>
Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<div><b><i>Qualifications:</i></b></div><p>
Educations/Certification:</p><ul><li>
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor&rsquo;s degree strongly preferred</li><li>
Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, and/or Infection Control training.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><i><br>
Skills and Abilities:</i></b></p><ul><li>
3-5 years of leadership/management experience in a professional environment with direct patient contact preferred.</li><li>
Excellent positive attitude and customer service skills</li><li>
Professionalism and integrity in all aspects of the job, including image and both verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Possess exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, including conflict resolution skills.</li><li>
Strong organization, planning and analytical skills.</li><li>
Ability to use good judgment to make decisions independently.</li><li>
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a rapidly changing environment.</li><li>
Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs as required.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><i><br>
Work Environment and Conditions:</i></b></p><ul><li>
Overtime required as approved by DO.</li><li>
Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.</li><li>
Safety procedures and personal protective equipment are required to minimize the risks from X-rays and blood-borne pathogens.</li><li>
