<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain day-to-day books of accounts for UAE, Guinea and Zambia operations in Tally.</li> <li>Record all vouchers, journal entries, bank transactions, and reconciliations accurately.</li> <li>Prepare monthly trial balance, ledgers, and MIS.</li> <li>Accounts payable and receivable management.</li> <li>Maintain petty cash, and expense tracking.</li> <li>Prepare VAT / local tax compliance, including data preparation for filing.</li> <li>Coordinate with auditors, local accountants, and banks in UAE, Guinea and Zambia for data requirements.</li> <li>Ensure timely posting and reconciliation of inter-company transactions.</li> <li>Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for audit purposes.</li> </ul>
