 Responsibilities:&nbsp;
 
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Oversee and manage all phases of the recruitment process, from sourcing through onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Collaborate with department heads to create detailed job descriptions and refine hiring criteria for key positions.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Design and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to the organization&rsquo;s needs, industry standards, and available roles.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Manage and optimize job posting and advertisement processes for maximum visibility and impact.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Screen and select qualified candidates, ensuring alignment with the organization&rsquo;s requirements.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Lead and organize interview processes, including the preparation of interview materials and development of competency-based questions.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Participate in interviews with hiring managers, directors, and other stakeholders, providing insights into candidate suitability.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Facilitate the offer process, advising on salary ranges, start dates, and other relevant details while ensuring a competitive and equitable package.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Actively participate in college job fairs, recruiting events, and maintain strong relationships with schools and recruitment agencies.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Fill entry to senior-level positions in operations and management, ensuring top talent acquisition for leadership roles.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Develop innovative recruitment programs and strategies to continually attract high-caliber candidates.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Analyze and communicate key recruitment metrics, using data to recommend strategies for optimizing the hiring process.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Conduct new hire orientation sessions in English or Spanish, as needed.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Performs other duties as assigned.
 </li>

 Required Skills/Abilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, methods, and industry best practices, including relevant employment laws.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Bilingual Spanish&nbsp;
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment-related software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
 </li>
 
 <li>
 ADP experience is strongly preferred.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and the requirements needed for specialized positions.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on candidate and stakeholder satisfaction.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Proven ability to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential preferred.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Willing to work in a hybrid office/remote environment.
 </li>
 
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Education and Experience:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or technical recruiting capacity.
 </li>

 Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

 Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
