Now we&rsquo;re growing and looking for the next great addition to our team.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating, cooling, and geothermal systems (including heat pumps, boilers, ductwork, and indoor air quality solutions)</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service with clear explanations and honest recommendations</li><li>Handle service calls, preventive maintenance, and some installations</li><li>Work with modern, energy-efficient technology &mdash; we specialize in geothermal and high-efficiency systems</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>3+ years of residential HVAC service experience (geothermal/heat pump experience is a big plus!
