Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Customer Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and effective engagement.</li><li>Cross-functional Coordination - Work closely with Sales and Branch teams to ensure alignment of operational and financial objectives.</li><li>Customer Visits &amp; Follow-ups - Visit customers on behalf of the sales team for coordination, relationship management, and receivable follow-ups.</li><li>Invoice Management - Ensure timely dispatch of invoices and confirm receipt by the relevant customer approval authorities.</li><li>Discrepancy Resolution - Identify and resolve invoice-related discrepancies highlighted by customers in a timely manner.</li><li>Operational Support - Perform tasks as assigned by the Branch Accountant and Branch Manager to support overall branch efficiency.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Strong commercial understanding with the ability to manage customer relationships.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
