<div><p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as an HR Operations Specialist / Personnel Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in managing day-to-day HR operations and personnel activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all employee-related processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain employee records, support onboarding and offboarding, handle governmental and labor-related documentation, and ensure adherence to company policies and local labor laws.<br>
<br>
<b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Handle all employee-related documents including new hire documents, contract renewals, transfers acknowledgments, nickname forms, UPLs, HR letters, and experience letters.</li>
<li>Follow up with employees to collect, review, and maintain all required documents in a timely manner</li>
<li>Prepare, issue, and archive employment contracts, renewal contracts, and related company documents in compliance with government regulations and internal policies</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records for events such as hiring, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and separations.</li>
<li>Upload and update employees&rsquo; documents and records on Sage and other internal systems</li>
<li>Assist in tracking employee attendance, leaves (vacation, sick leave, etc.), and ensure proper documentation is recorded.</li>
<li>Support in preparing monthly reports related to contracts, probation periods, renewals, and employee records.</li>
<li>Assist with payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and required documents</li>
<li>Support handling medical insurance documentation cases such as additions, deletions, and refunds</li>
<li>Assist in preparing personnel reports required by governmental authorities (labor office, social insurance office, etc.).</li>
<li>Provide general administrative support to HR Operations and perform other related duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, human resources, or a related field, additional HR education and certification will be a plus.</li>
<li>Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus</li>
<li>High sense of ownership, customer orientation and adaptive to change.</li>
<li>Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li>
Proficiency in English and Arabic (oral and written)<br>

HR OPERATION SPECIALIST- PERSONNEL SPECIALIST EGYPT (CAIRO) TREVOLUTION

<div><p>We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented professional to join our team as an IT Support / Helpdesk Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing first-level technical support, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations and a reliable end-user experience. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve technical issues, maintain IT systems and assets, and support a secure and efficient technology environment across the organization.<br>

<b>Responsibilities</b><b><br>
</b></p>
<ul><li>Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and end-user IT issues, and escalate complex tasks to higher support levels when required using ticketing systems such as Jira.</li>
<li>Follow up on incoming tickets and ensure proper and timely resolution.</li>
<li>Support and manage Identity Management (IDM) and Microsoft environments.</li>
<li>Provide technical support for printers, cameras, access control systems (ZK), and Raspberry Pi devices.</li>
<li>Provide support for Ubuntu/Linux operating systems.</li>
<li>Support and manage Microsoft 365 services and Microsoft Intune (MDM).</li>
<li>Maintain inventory of IT assets including hardware, software licenses, and user access rights using asset management systems such as Jira Assets.</li>
<li>Work with ticketing and asset management tools such as Jira Service Management and CMDBuild.</li>
<li>Perform network troubleshooting and hardware diagnostics when required.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Identity Management.</li>
<li>Experience supporting printers, cameras, and access control systems is preferred.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu is preferred.</li>
<li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li>
<li>Good English communication skills.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT or a related field.</li>
</ul>
