 Understand the client requests and guides them to the best option.

 Determine the markup on the sale.
 </li>

 Decide on giving discounts for the clients.

 Responsible for presale and after sale follow up with the clients about the service provided.

 Design various packages from the company products (flights and hotels).
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct cross selling activities additional products like travel care service, vacation planner service.
 </li>

 Maintain leads and develop long term relations with clients.
 </li>

 Our requirements:

 Fluent English Speakers
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication Skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer Orientation .
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced level of PC knowledge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree
 </li>
 <li>
 1-3 years of call center experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to work for night and overnights fixed shifts , last shift starts from 11:30 PM till 8:30 AM
 </li>
