What You&rsquo;ll Do
As a Finance Intern, your key focus will be to support the supply chain finance area. You will learn / use financial planning and analysis applications, such as planful, to successfully run data. Other duties include:<ul><li>
Entering budget data for supply chain into the system for the upcoming fiscal year</li><li>
Reviewing the upcoming fiscal year's budget data</li><li>
Review data that is transferred from Planful to SAP for completeness and accuracy</li><li>
Aid in developing SOP documentation as part of driving education and process consistency in SCP</li><li>
Dive in some variance analysis review</li></ul>

What You&rsquo;ll Do
As a Procurement Vendor Management Intern, you will apply your academic knowledge to real-world supply chain challenges and directly contribute to the integrity and efficiency of our global supply chain. This hands-on role is focused on application-driven experience in critical vendor management areas, specifically corporate compliance, risk mitigation, and global governance. Other duties include:<ul><li>
Utilize data and established methodologies to solve problems and optimize vendor processes.</li><li>
Apply established protocols to execute end-to-end vendor due diligence, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements</li><li>
Review and validate documentation using internal systems to ensure vendor compliance with global governance policies.</li><li>
Maintain and optimize the compliance tracking database, ensuring detailed and audit-ready records for the vendor portfolio.</li><li>
Perform quantitative risk assessments by collecting, scrubbing, and analyzing vendor performance data, financial health metrics, and operational stability reports.</li><li>
Identify critical risk indicators through data analysis and formulate clear recommendations for mitigation strategies to be presented to senior management.</li><li>
Support the implementation of risk mitigation measures across the vendor base.</li><li>
Utilize advanced Excel (or equivalent tool) techniques to independently aggregate and synthesize complex data from multiple internal and external vendor sources.</li><li>
Translate raw data into actionable business insights regarding vendor trends, compliance anomalies, and performance gaps.</li><li>
Develop and present professional, data-driven reports on project compliance and vendor risk metrics to the Procurement leadership team, driving decision-making.</li><li>
Draft and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for vendor onboarding and monitoring processes.</li><li>
Serve as a key communication link between vendors and cross-functional internal teams (Legal, Finance, IT) regarding compliance and documentation requirements.</li></ul> 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
Junior level standing pursuing Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills to complex business problems.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling) or similar data analysis tools.</li><li>
Must be highly detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.</li><li>
Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player</li></ul>
