Job Title: Site Engineer &ndash; Landscape WorksDepartment: Project Execution / Landscape Maintenance Reporting To: Project Manager / Head OfficeJob Purpose: To ensure effective execution and monitoring of all landscape works and maintenance activities at site, including documentation, reporting, and coordination with the Head Office for billing, geotagging, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Execution &amp; Monitoring o Supervise and monitor day-to-day landscape maintenance activities including weeding, brush cutting, watering, drenching, and chemical spraying. o Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule and quality standards. o Maintain safety and housekeeping at site during all activities.2. Documentation &amp; Reporting o Prepare detailed documentation related to work execution and submit to the Head Office. o Maintain daily site activity records and share photo updates of ongoing maintenance works (weeding, watering, chemical spraying, etc.). o Prepare and submit water tanker challans and consumption records on a regular basis.3. Manpower Management o Prepare and maintain attendance sheets of gardeners and security personnel deployed at site. o Submit attendance records to the Head Office every month for billing and payroll purposes.4. Coordination for Geotagging &amp; Tree Inventory o Coordinate and support the preparation of six-monthly geotagging reports including tree name, girth, height, canopy spread, latitude, longitude, and updated photographs. o Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in coordination with the GIS / Documentation team.5. Billing Coordination o Support and coordinate in preparation of monthly bills by providing required data such as attendance, tanker records, activity photos, and site reports. o Verify and confirm site measurements and activity completion before submission for billing.6. Communication &amp; Coordination o Liaise with vendors, supervisors, and Head Office for smooth execution of landscape works. o Report any site issues, discrepancies, or material shortages to the Project Manager promptly.Key Skills &amp; Competencies: &#61623; Knowledge of horticulture and landscape maintenance practices. &#61623; Good documentation and reporting skills (MS Excel, Word, photo records). &#61623; Ability to manage field staff and coordinate with multiple teams. &#61623; Basic understanding of geotagging, GPS coordinates, and data recording. &#61623; Strong communication andorganizational skills. Qualification &amp; Experience: &#61623; Diploma / Any Graduate .&#61623; 2&ndash;5 years of experience in landscape project execution and maintenance works.
