 About The Role
 
 
 
 Work in partnership with Sales, Supply Planning, Finance and Marketing, with a focus on improving forecast accuracy and ensuring proper replenishment of inventory. Develop collaborative relationships with Direct Sales and Finance to ensure alignment on agreed upon plans and support the creation of CRG level sales and inventory forecasts. Responsible for Category Captainship, which includes forecasting at a category level, executing assortment and promotional effectiveness analysis, as well as, supporting the collaboration and communication between Category Marketing teams and Planning.
 
 
 Main responsibilities include: Forecasting, which includes base and promotional item level forecasting, event planning, weekly/monthly performance analysis at both CRG and category level, weekly inventory review meetings and management of forecast for accessories needed to support Direct strategy.

 Support delivery of assigned budgets on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

 Forecast at the Customer Retail Group and product level as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze weekly in-stock data and partner with Supply Planning and Channel Management to identify and resolve stock out issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor sales and inventories; assess risks and opportunities; communicate and implement best profit and high customer satisfaction solutions
 </li>

 Develop and execute assortment and promotional effectiveness analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Seek consensus and approval from internal stakeholders for proposed plans; negotiate cross functionally with internal partners to achieve company's best position

 Plan, develop, and manage relationships with internal Dyson teams, current and new.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with assigned Category Team to provide driver based, data driven analysis and recommendations to guide decision making, which helps ensure the best outcome for Dyson
 </li>
 <li>
 Seek out decision makers and influencers, to best manage the business. Create positive working relationships across all levels of the Dyson organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comprehensive knowledge of the business and the ability to communicate that knowledge, serving as the voice of the customer internally
 </li>
 <li>
 Support plans regarding distribution, merchandising, pricing, and product placement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities and related risks; assess situation and propose action

 About You
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred, business major preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 2-3 years in a Sr. Analyst role preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience working with a sales function is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior Retail Planning experience, or experience working with a major US Retailer preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience with CPFR and JBP processes strongly preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 About The Role
 
 
 
 The Workday Specialist is responsible for the administration, procedural, and level 1 configuration tasks related to all People System and Integrations, primarily Workday. This role will work closely with the Workday Functional Managers and Workday Specialists (based out of Singapore, India and Poland) and the Employee Services Teams, to identify improvement opportunities within our HR Technology processes and implementing new ways of working in support of the Dyson employee experience.
 
 
 To be successful in this role, you will strive to deliver a 'best in class', efficient service and will be a valued member of the wider People and Dyson Business Services communities at Dyson.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Candidates with a mix of HR and IT/business systems background are highly preferred.

 <li>
 Advanced knowledge of Excel, HR analytics, and ERP/HRMS platforms can be highly advantageous.

 Practical exposure through internships, projects, or experience in HR operations/HRIS implementations is valued.

 First line of support for HRIS technologies issues (administration and technical) that have been escalated from the Employee Administration Team and/or Employee&rsquo;s directly

 Responsible for all administrative, procedural, and level 1 configuration tasks required by the HR Technology Team, primarily supporting Workday HCM, Recruitment and Talent.

 Support the Employee Administration Team in delivering high quality employee interactions by acting as HR Technology Support

 Carry out data audits and reporting to support regular or ad-hoc business requirements, escalating as required to appropriate parties

 Support and implement business re-organizations and hierarchy restructures, using established approval and procedural guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Workday Functional Managers and Workday Specialists to test, document, maintain, and support Workday interface solutions to share data with other applications, as required

 Support the bi-annual enhancements and release communications by testing and validating business requirements applicable to Dyson
 </li>

 Support the Workday Functional Managers and Workday Specialists in implementing configuration changes, updating to existing Workday modules, and managing and promoting the changes through the appropriate Dyson software development cycle and change processes

 Support the delivery of key projects, including Workday module enhancements, other HR system implementations/changes, and customer service delivery improvements

 Prepare and run data uploads into Workday using appropriate EIB templates.
