  About The Role

   Organize and deliver induction and new product launch trainings for field teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Facilitate On-The-Job Training sessions with business partners to enhance real-time learning.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support the execution of Dyson Academy programs, including logistics, content delivery, and post-training follow-up.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead training sessions in the field to strengthen product experience for Dyson Experts and Stylists.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with global and local teams to adapt training content to Turkey&rsquo;s market dynamics.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure training materials reflect the latest product updates, competitive insights, and brand messaging.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop and maintain training collateral and presentation materials.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support onboarding plans for new sales team members, ensuring comprehensive training on Dyson products, sales techniques, and customer interaction standards.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor onboarding progress and provide feedback during the first 3 months.
  </li>
  <li>
   Track training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback tools.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide regular updates to the Training Manager and Sales Leaders on training outcomes and improvement areas.
  </li>

   Organize training programs based on visitor experience metrics to ensure successful customer interactions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Promote Dyson values and team spirit through engaging training experiences.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support the &ldquo;Beauty Ambassador&rdquo; process within the scope of training initiatives.

 Dyson is looking for a candidate who will be a part of the India marketing team and be a long term asset to the India organization. This candidate will deliver and execute an integrated marketing and operations plan that builds the Floor Care, Environmental Care, Lighting, Airblade categories and reputation of Dyson in market. The role will report into the Head of Marketing for India.

  Position Summary - Key Responsibilities

 Devise category strategy &amp; deliver on plans with execution excellence
 <br/>
 <br/>

   Understand the category &amp; business via in-depth consumer &amp; category insights, digital &amp; e-commerce landscape &amp; retail understanding.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop category strategy including portfolio/range plan, pricing strategy, consumer offerings, consumer activations, and campaigns based on in depth understanding of the various categories and Dyson&rsquo;s global NPD portfolio and campaigns.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop and execute the plans in-line with marketing strategy to hit share growth, funnel metrics and P&amp;L targets (top-line and bottom-line).

   Manage the category budget and annual planning process (complete ownership).

 Develop communication strategy and lead to execute media plan (primarily digital media)

   Develop communication strategy, brief to creative/messaging, and support creative production &amp; adaptations including global approval on claims.

   Convert communication strategy into media plan in collaboration with the media team.

   Work closely and collaborate with internal PR and other cross-functional teams to deliver against plans.

   Review effectiveness and efficiency of media spending and propose on-going optimizations.

  About You:

   Past FMCG/FMCD experience, experience in &lsquo;category creation&rsquo; and scale-up will be preferred

   MBA from a premier B-school is preferred;
  </li>
  <li>
   6-8 years&rsquo; experience in a marketing led company (FMCG/Consumer Technology);
  </li>
  <li>
   Driven by a strong desire to win and &lsquo;making things happen&rsquo;
  </li>

   Entrepreneurial, be unafraid to try new things, able to deal with ambiguity, and willing to take risks

   MUST be passionate about Technology AND Marketing;
