 About the Role:
 
 
 We are seeking a results-driven talent professional to support our expanding team in India. This position encompasses responsibilities across end-to-end technology recruitment, talent pipeline development, and employer branding, while also playing a key role in business partnering and employee engagement initiatives for our Group Functions organization.
 
 
 Responsibilities:

 </li>
 
 Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, interviews, offer management and onboarding
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s in HR or related field
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing, social media, and networks
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner hiring managers on driving recruiting strategy end to end including best practices in selection and assessment process, team growth strategies in alignment with workforce plans and organisational design
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance time-to-fill and quality of talent pipeline
 </li>
 <li>
 Track, analyse, and report recruitment data to drive continuous improvement in hiring strategy and candidate experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Champion employer branding by building awareness and provide market talent intelligence
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive employee engagement initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the campus
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide guidance on HR policies, practices, and compliance with local labor laws About you:
 </li>
 <li>
 </li>
 <li>
 8+ years&rsquo; experience with a talent acquisition background
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience recruiting within technology, engineering, or similarly fast-paced industries
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of Indian labour law &amp; HR operations is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep sourcing skills, experienced with a variety of channels and tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Boolean search, talent mapping)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities with excellent organisational and time management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 The ideal candidate is passionate about recruiting top talent and partnering closely with leaders to build high performing, engaged teams.
