Key responsibilities include modeling and rendering high-end interiors, preparing visual presentations, and maintaining libraries of materials and furnishings. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design, strong proficiency in 3D software like 3ds Max and V-Ray, and a compelling portfolio are essential qualifications for this role.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>3D Modeling &amp; Rendering: Translate 2D interior design concepts, sketches, and plans into detailed 3D models and create photorealistic renderings, walkthroughs, and animations.</li><li>Visual Content Creation: Develop compelling visual content for presentations, marketing materials, client approvals, and competitions.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers and architects to understand design intent and ensure visualizations are accurate, consistent, and aligned with project requirements.</li><li>Material &amp; Lighting: Apply textures, materials, and lighting to the models to accurately represent design concepts.</li><li>Project Management: Manage multiple projects, ensure the timely delivery of visualization outputs, and adhere to project schedules and deadlines.</li><li>Asset Management: Maintain and update libraries of 3D models, textures, materials, and furnishings for future projects.</li><li>Site visits to understand scope of work &amp; challenges</li></ul>Essential Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Education: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is often preferred.</li><li>Software Proficiency: Strong skills in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, or similar tools are essential.</li><li>Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D visualizations is crucial for demonstrating skills and artistic ability.</li><li>Design Sense: An excellent sense of design, composition, lighting, materials, and attention to detail.</li><li>Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills, along with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.</li><li>Bonus Skills: Experience with animation software, Revit, or architectural visualization is considered an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
