You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and client-facing departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. This is a key role for a proactive, detail-oriented professional passionate about driving excellence in AI project execution.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead complex AI and data-related projects from planning to delivery using Agile methodologies.</li><li>Define project scope, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.</li><li>Partner with internal teams and external clients to translate business needs into actionable project plans.</li><li>Oversee project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to coordinators and junior managers.</li><li>Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.</li><li>Report regularly to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and results.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement by innovating and optimizing project management practices and tools.</li><li>Ensure all deliverables meet TrustScale&rsquo;s standards of quality, reliability, and scalability.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within AI, data services, or technology-driven environments.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Proven track record managing multiple, large-scale projects in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Strong understanding of AI, ML, data annotation, or human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative project management frameworks.</li><li>PMI certification (PMP or equivalent) and/or Agile/Scrum certifications strongly preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership of outcomes.</li><li>Fluent English required (written and spoken).</li></ul>Job Type: ContractApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Please describe your experience managing AI, Data, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) projects.</li></ul>
