<ul><li>Should be holding a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, must have minimum experience of more than 10 years design experience, out of which at least 8 years should be with a Construction company in the UAE.</li><li>Fully aware of UAE authorities rules &amp; regulations in addition to international codes standards.</li><li>Expert in designing of HVAC systems /Firefighting /drainage and water supply systems.</li><li>Can prepare all design and technical calculations and technical reports.</li><li>Attend and participate in design technical and progress meetings.</li><li>Have the ability to discuss and negotiate all design issues with developers as well as authorities.</li><li>Can work on project MEP system specifications.</li><li>Can monitor and control site engineer activities .</li><li>Prepare all required design documents for authorities approval .</li><li>Familiar with Revit /BIM</li><li>Conduct regular site visit to insure execution as per contract .</li><li>Follow up draftsmen while working on design drawings and insure the drafting quality .</li><li>Coordinate with all design parties (electrical /architect /structural and follow up dept...)</li><li>Can work on value engineering reposts.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>R U IN UAE ?</li><li>U CAN JOIN IMEEDIATLY ?</li><li>What's Ur Expected Salary ?</li><li>How many years' EXPERIENCE IN Construction UAE ?</li></ul>
