Job SummaryWe're a full-service video production company hiring a full-time videographer/production lead/editor &mdash; someone who can shoot at a high level, edit, manage our editing team, and grow into running the production side of the business.Travel and film on-location content for clients based in South Florida and might be nationwide. The rest of the month is editing, post supervision, quality control, and building the systems that let us scale. This is a full-time, salaried role with room to grow &mdash; we're looking for someone who wants ownership, not a task list.What You'll Do<ul><li>Travel to client locations nationwide to film interviews, b-roll, and branded content</li><li>Operate camera fully manual &mdash; ISO, aperture, shutter speed, white balance, focus</li><li>Build clean, efficient lighting setups in unpredictable indoor and outdoor environments</li><li>Capture intentional, varied b-roll that makes the edit better, not just longer</li><li>Keep shoots organized, on schedule, and professional from load-in to wrap</li><li>Transfer, label, and back up footage at the end of each shoot day</li></ul>Post-Production (ongoing)<ul><li>Edit long-form and short-form deliverables to brand standard</li><li>Oversee a team of remote video editors &mdash; assign work, set expectations, keep the pipeline moving</li><li>Run quality control on every deliverable before it reaches a client</li><li>Build and refine editing SOPs, style guides, and templates so quality holds as volume grows</li></ul>Business &amp; Growth<ul><li>Sit in on client calls and creative kickoffs; translate client goals into a production plan</li><li>Help identify and land new business &mdash; referrals, on-site relationships, portfolio-driven outreach</li><li>Bring ideas for new formats, offerings, and workflows that make the company better</li><li>Grow into a leadership role over the production department as we scale</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Strong manual camera operation &mdash; no auto modes, no guessing</li><li>Real editing chops (Premiere, Resolve, or Final Cut) with a portfolio to prove it</li><li>Experience directing or managing other editors, or clear readiness to</li><li>An eye for quality and the backbone to send work back when it isn't there</li><li>Professional, personable, and trustworthy in a client's space</li><li>Organized enough to manage files, deadlines, and other people at once</li><li>Comfortable traveling roughly 4&ndash;5 days per month</li><li>A reel demonstrating on-location work and finished edits</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Audio experience beyond a lav and a shotgun</li><li>Motion graphics or basic After Effects</li><li>Any sales, account management, or client-facing background</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Full-time salaried position &mdash; based on experience</li><li>All travel, accommodations, and meals fully covered during production trips</li><li>Flexible schedule outside of shoot days</li><li>Nationwide shoots with a wide variety of clients and locations</li><li>Direct access to leadership &mdash; your ideas get implemented, not filed</li><li>A real path to running the production side of a growing company, with compensation that grows with the role</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
