Responsibilities * Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain large volumes of data across various company databases and systems. * Review and verify data for errors, omissions, or duplications, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and integrity. * Prepare and organise source documents for data entry, identifying and interpreting data to be entered. * Collaborate with our technical teams to support the data requirements for AI, RPA, and Big Data projects. * Perform regular data quality checks and contribute to data cleansing initiatives. * Adhere strictly to data privacy and security policies, handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. * Generate reports and retrieve data from systems for analysis as required by the team. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and procedures. Qualifications * Proven experience in a data entry, data clerk, or similar role. * Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. * Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying data inconsistencies. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. * (Desirable) Familiarity with database software and an interest in emerging technologies such as AI and data analytics.
