As Marketing Manager at eBen, you&rsquo;ll be the strategic force behind our brand visibility, and customer engagement. In the role, you will be responsible for the following:Key Responsibilities:&middot; Strategy &amp; Planning: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with eBen&rsquo;s growth objectives.&middot; Campaign Execution: Launch and manage digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and influencer platforms.&middot; Content Leadership: Oversee creation of compelling content including blogs, videos, whitepapers, and case studies.&middot; Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints and maintain visual identity standards.&middot; Analytics &amp; Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and optimize based on data-driven insights.&middot; Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts.&middot; Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure ROI on all initiatives.What we are looking for:Experience:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred)&middot; 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech&middot; Proficiency in tools like Odoo, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, and LinkedIn Ads&middot; Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills&middot; Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creative thinking, data analysis, project management, and a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques. The role contributes to brand visibility, lead generation, and campaign performance by coordinating content, managing social media, supporting events, and ensuring consistent brand communication.
