   Master&rsquo;s in HR
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 12 years of HR experience or equivalent; Minimum 8 years of experience at Outsourcing/Contact Center or equivalent industry specifically with a strong focus on employee relations, recruiting and managing large HR teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in the Egypt industry &ndash; experience in contact center business would be preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HR systems; familiarity with contact center HR challenges.
  </li>

   Ability to develop and manage results-oriented recruiting and employee relation programs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to self-motivate and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.

</p><ul><li>Identifying and escalating risks, promptly reporting outstanding issues to clients.
</li><li>Performing various trade support activities across the Trade Lifecycle, such as Trade Confirmation matching, Trade Pre-Settlements support, Front office to back-office reconciliation of trade positions, report generation, and settlements of cash flows from trading events (e.g., Interest or Premium).
