Job Title:E-commerce Business Operator/Assitant (25-30 Hours/week)Job Description:We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Business Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, handling account activities, maintaining Excel sheet records, preparing daily reports, and assisting with basic finance-related tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and update product listings and account information on e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Maintain and organize records in Excel and other reporting tools.</li><li>Prepare daily sales, expense, and performance reports.</li><li>Monitor order processing, returns, and customer queries (if needed).</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, or internal teams when necessary.</li><li>Assist with basic finance tasks such as tracking expenses, preparing invoices, and managing payment follow-ups.</li><li>Analyze sales trends and provide data-driven insights.</li><li>Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and suggest improvements where needed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.</li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc. &ndash; optional based on your business).</li><li>Basic understanding of finance/accounting principles.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.</li><li>Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.</li></ul>Contract Likely to be extendableJob Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract Contract length: 3 monthsPay: Rs23,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you happy with the salary because this is fixed? </li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>E-commerce Listing: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
