 Role Summary
 
 
 
 We are looking for a
 
 Multidisciplinary Designer
 
 who is passionate about the intersection of design, communication, and knowledge. A method (design); an objective (communication); and a medium (vision).
 
 
 Working on the interpretation, organization, and visual presentation of messages; attention toward form and style should go hand in hand with attention toward content. Beyond aesthetic appeal, this role has to work with the planning and structuring, production, and evaluation of communications.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Produce a range of web and print projects including pitches, brochures, advertisements, invitations, email banners, and web graphics
 </li>
 <li>
 Ideate and develop illustrations to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop branding visual assets, logo, typography, colour pallets, and brand application
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and maintain a high standard of design, format, and production, while adhering to brand standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide design solutions with the ability to backup design decisions
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Designer Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles, including typography knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 Creativity and originality, fluency of ideas
 </li>
 <li>
 Pre-press and production experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence

 <li>
 Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ability to juggle multiple projects
 </li>

 Ability to listen well and accept constructive input from team members and managers

 Ability to present design concepts and articulate ideas on how design can be improved

 Basic Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in design or related field with 3-5 years&rsquo; of professional graphic design experience; in-house/corporate experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 The ideal candidate has a strong creative design portfolio, strong verbal and written communication skills, and should be a self-motivated, team player
 </li>
 <li>
