 Role &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manages Technical Projects/Activities assigned to him/her (&amp; the commercial yearly calendar, if requested).
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of his assigned projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in the kick off planning for assigned projects to communicate projects objectives and announce start up.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implements different projects review in accordance with methodology to ensure successful execution of the project as measured by the project agreed KPI&rsquo;s within the project charter.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate the planning/scheduling of the teams tasks to come up with a solid implementation/activities schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages scope and mitigates risk across projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serves as key participant in team and customer meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confronts issues openly and quickly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tactfully communicates sensitive information to stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep and track all issues during the project execution time and share lessons learned and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly prepares, reviews and communicate the status reports of projects and addresses issues/risks as appropriate. If needed, do the same for projects steering level committees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively manage changes in projects scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complies with and enforces standard policies and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure full compatibility to the company &amp; IT process specially IT Project Management process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures to maintain full and updated project documentation as per the agreed process and the best practices.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 :
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 B.Sc. in engineering/IT related ( if not, post graduate diploma/study in IT is mandatory)
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 
 3 years
 
 
 
 
 demonstrated track Technical PM practice and not less than
 
 
 5 years
 
 
 practice in IT/Technology.
 </li>
 <li>
 (Area of experience): IT/Project Management
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excellent
 
 Computer skills,
 
 MS project
 
 &amp; MS office
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excellent
 
 in Arabic &amp; English (Reading, Writing &amp; Oral).
 </li>
