Job Title: Front Desk / Sales Associate &ndash; Landscape Supply (Kemah Location)Company: E.D.S. Landscape Supply Location: Kemah, TXJob Description: E.D.S. Landscape Supply is seeking a hardworking and customer-focused Front Desk / Sales Associate for our Kemah location. This position plays a key role in daily operations by assisting customers, answering phones, and processing sales transactions.This is a fast-paced position that requires strong multitasking skills and a willingness to work both indoors and outdoors.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner</li><li>Answer incoming phone calls and provide product information and pricing</li><li>Write accurate sales tickets and process orders</li><li>Handle cash transactions and process credit/debit card payments</li><li>Communicate clearly with yard staff to ensure orders are filled correctly</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li><li>Provide excellent customer service at all times, even during busy periods</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong customer service skills</li><li>Ability to multitask (helping customers, answering phones, and writing tickets simultaneously)</li><li>Comfortable working in an outdoor environment</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and hardworking</li><li>Basic computer skills</li><li>Ability to handle cash and payment transactions accurately</li><li>Bilingual required &ndash; must be fluent in both English and Spanish</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in landscape supply or construction materials</li><li>Knowledge of materials such as rock, mulch, sand, and soil</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday through Saturday</li><li>7:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li><li>Overtime available</li></ul>Why Work With Us:<ul><li>Steady, full-time hours</li><li>Overtime opportunities</li><li>Team-oriented environment</li><li>Opportunity to grow within the company</li></ul>Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
