E&amp;E Foods in search for a Rolling Stock Mechanic Manager for our Coffee Point salmon processing plant in Egegik, AK. The ideal candidate is someone with management experienced with strong leadership skills. This role requires patience, flexibility, and a desire to work as hard as the situation demands. Must have the ability to understand and follow all instructions and safety rules. Self-directed, well organized and comfortable in a diverse living and working environment. Willing to work in a remote location under, at times, challenging conditions.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>

In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and service of all facility rolling stock including but not limited to forklifts, ATVs, pickup trucks, 2.5- &amp; 5-ton military trucks, heavy equipment, and all other company vehicles on a continuous basis pre, during and post season. The rolling stock manager will manage the rolling stock mechanic crew while working under leadership of the plant maintenance manager.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIRED:</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Minimum 4 years professional experience. Experience with gas, propane and diesel engines. Military multifuel and Cummins engine experience. Experience with hydraulic systems.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
THE WORK ENVIRONMENT is weather dependent: ranging from warm and sunny to cold, windy and wet. Working outdoors in a remote environment is not an experience for everyone, and candidates should understand their limitations. People who struggle with mobility should consider employment in another department or a different industry.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
NATURE &amp; HOURS OF WORK: The season runs from early May to early-mid August. You will be required to be available to work 12-hour days, 7 days a week.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
LIVING CONDITIONS: Our seafood processing facilities are a very remote part in Alaska. Housing is dormitory-style, and you may share a room with other people. There are no health care options readily accessible. There is no cellphone signal and limited internet available. Communication is very limited.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
SALARY &amp; BENEFITS:</b></h3><ul><li>
Wage is $27 to $30 per hour and $40.50 to $45.00 per overtime hour</li><li>
$5,000 Season Completion Bonus</li><li>
