 Job Description:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for co-developing and implementing the TV and Digital plan for e&amp; based on research findings &amp; proper analysis in compliance with e&amp; overall CRM strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee annual and quarterly media planning, including budget, forecast and allocation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage execution of Media campaigns across TV, Digital, radio and out of home.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs and foster career development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring accuracy, timeliness and efficiency in delivering campaigns that maximize reach, engagement and return on investments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible of the media briefing process for all e&amp; ATL &amp; BTL campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Acting as internal PM maintaining smooth process and project launches start to end.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining the right flow of information between different Marcom functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-manages &amp; executes high-quality consistent fully integrated campaigns with ATL &amp; BTL agencies from briefing to launch in order to deliver insightful, on strategy, easily comprehended and highly liked communication campaigns on time &amp; on brand guidelines.
 </li>

 Always maintains healthy and productive relationships with all external projects stakeholders including communication agencies, production houses, studios, on-ground activation agencies, celebrities, media and rights buyers and events' organizers by demonstrating professional attitude in presentations, meetings and project handling to ensure smooth operations and successful outputs.
 </li>
 <li>

 1. Requirement Gathering &amp; Analysis

 </li>

 Work on API integrations between banks, payment gateways, and third-party service providers.

 3. Process Mapping &amp; Optimization

 Develop workflow diagrams, process models, and system interaction diagrams.

 Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention.

 4. Data Analysis &amp; Reporting

 Analyze transaction data, user behavior, and system performance to provide actionable insights.

 Work with SQL and BI tools to generate reports on key fintech metrics (e.g., transaction success rate, fraud detection, churn rate).

 Support risk and fraud teams in identifying suspicious activities.
 </li>

 5. Project Management &amp; Stakeholder Coordination

 Act as a liaison between business units, development teams, and third-party vendors.

 Support Agile/Scrum teams by prioritizing the product backlog and sprint planning.

 Ensure timely delivery of fintech projects by tracking milestones and dependencies.

 6. Testing &amp; Quality Assurance

 Define test cases and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate solutions.

 Coordinate with QA teams to ensure proper testing of digital wallet transactions, payment flows, and API integrations.
 </li>

 Identify and escalate defects or performance issues in the payment systems.
 </li>

 7. Compliance &amp; Security

 Ensure adherence to local and international fintech regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) guidelines.

 Work closely with cybersecurity teams to identify and mitigate payment fraud risks.

 8. Continuous Improvement &amp; Market Research

 Stay updated on emerging trends in fintech, blockchain, BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later), and digital banking.
