 Senior UX/UI Designer with a balance of strategic thinking, design expertise, and hands-on execution.
 </li>

 You will play a key role in defining product vision, improving usability, and delivering delightful end-to-end experiences for our users.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the UX/UI design process for e&amp; mobile applications, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and final assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive, scalable, and visually appealing design solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive design workshops, user research, and usability testing to validate concepts and ensure a user-first approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product strategy, features, and roadmap.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain design systems, guidelines, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with other designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within the organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up-to-date with the latest design tools, trends, and technologies, applying them appropriately to improve product quality.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic visual design and self-learning skills to ensure effective integration of the newest design trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI and product design, preferably in digital products (web and mobile).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, visual design, and product thinking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in both spoken &amp; written English &amp; Arabic language is required
 </li>
