Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and reliable Home Automation Technician to join our team. This role involves the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of smart home systems, including home automation, security, lighting, climate control, and audio/video solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in residential environments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Installation &amp; Setup: Install and configure home automation systems, including smart lighting, climate control, security systems, and entertainment systems.</li><li>System Integration: Integrate different smart devices into a cohesive home automation system, ensuring compatibility and efficient operation.</li><li>Maintenance &amp; Troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of existing installations, diagnosing and resolving issues as they arise.</li><li>Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored home automation solutions.</li><li>System Upgrades: Assist in system upgrades, ensuring clients have access to the latest technologies and features.</li><li>Training &amp; Support: Educate customers on system usage, provide training, and offer ongoing support as needed.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, modifications, and service visits.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, other technicians, and suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Home Automation Technician or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of home automation systems, smart devices, and integration.</li><li>Proficient in low-voltage wiring, networking, and troubleshooting electronics.</li><li>Familiarity with industry-standard platforms (e.g., Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Apple Home Kit, etc.).</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex systems to clients.</li><li>Customer service-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li></ul>LOCATION : ERNAKULAMSend your CV on mail/Whats Appmail id : hr@maxdax.in WhatsApp : 96058 96096Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWillingness to travel:<ul><li>100% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Service Engineer (Electrical Technician)
