Overview Boutique Employment Law Firm is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience in Employment Law - particularly on the Plaintiff's side. The Attorney will be responsible for managing cases from inception to resolution, and with guidance from the senior partner.Duties<ul><li>Represent clients in employment litigation, including mediation.</li><li>Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.</li><li>Draft legal documents, including complaints and PAGA letters.</li><li>Provide counsel to clients on matters related to employment law.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficient in writing skills.</li><li>Familarity with Labor Code is a plus.</li><li>Experience in drafting FEHA and Class Action complaints.</li><li>Experience in drafting PAGA letters.</li><li>Strong negotiation abilities with experience in litigation.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients.</li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving and client advocacy.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
