Support Executive (Night Shift)

This role is designed for a self-motivated finance professional with 3+ years of experience in accounting and financial management, and strong proficiency in QuickBooks. You must also have excellent communication skills, as you&rsquo;ll be working closely with our U.S.-based leadership and teams on a daily basis.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage full-cycle accounting: accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</li><li>Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management</li><li>Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax laws, and internal policies</li><li>Coordinate with U.S. team members, external auditors, and vendors</li><li>Participate in virtual meetings and provide financial insights to management</li><li>Improve internal financial controls and operational efficiency</li></ul>Working Hours<ul><li>6:00 PM &ndash; 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Must be available for video calls, virtual meetings, and real-time collaboration during these hours</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ACCA/CMA preferred)</li><li>At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance</li><li>Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks</li><li>Strong command of English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills for regular interaction with the U.S. team</li><li>Solid knowledge of U.S. accounting standards and local tax compliance</li><li>High proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools</li><li>Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary: PKR 125,000 &ndash; 150,000 per month</li><li>Fully onsite work with alignment to U.S. time zone</li><li>Paid leaves, selected National holidays, and U.S. holidays</li><li>Direct collaboration with U.S. leadership</li><li>Learning and growth opportunities in a dynamic international environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you wiling for a night shift job?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>relative: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
