Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage salary files, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filings.</li><li>Oversee phone bill payments and fee collections.</li><li>Manage expense raised and ensure proper documentation.</li><li>Ensure timely payment uploads and administer PF and ESI payments.</li><li>Handle GST filing processes and generate tax invoices.</li><li>Conduct Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Strong understanding of tax laws, TDS, GST compliance, and statutory requirements.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Relevant certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are a plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;16,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Saravanampatt, Coimbatore - 641035, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)</li><li>Tally: 5 years (Preferred)</li><li>GST: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
