Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Sales Manager who has strong knowledge of leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and IndiaMart. The role involves managing marketplace accounts, driving sales growth, handling operations, and ensuring brand visibility and profitability on these platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and IndiaMart.</li><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.</li><li>Handle product listing, cataloging, pricing, promotions, and advertising on marketplaces.</li><li>Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversions; prepare regular reports.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, logistics, and timely order fulfillment.</li><li>Manage customer queries, feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction.</li><li>Optimize product visibility through keyword research, SEO, and marketplace tools.</li><li>Negotiate and maintain healthy relationships with marketplace account managers.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3&ndash;6 years of proven experience in managing Amazon, Flipkart, and IndiaMart accounts.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and sales reporting.</li><li>Experience in advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

E-Commerce Account Manager

&middot; Researching and evaluating potential vendors.&middot; Comparing the prices of different vendors for gaining maximum ROI.&middot; Negotiating contracts on reasonable terms for pricing and supply.&middot; Tracking the orders and ensuring timely deliveries.&middot; Monitoring purchased products to ensure quality.&middot; Updating order details into our internal databases.&middot; Issuing purchase reports including the cost analysis.&middot; Ensuring stock availability and placing orders as and when required.&middot; Verifying receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered.&middot; Resolving shipments in error with suppliers.&middot; Collaborating with the team to develop purchasing plans and find potential vendors.&middot; Maintaining good relationships with suppliers.&middot; Staying up to date with the latest market and industry trends.&middot; Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.&middot; Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.&middot; Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.&middot; Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.&middot; Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.&middot; Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up to date with industry trends.&middot; Should work with the team members, managers, and supervisors to formulate purchasing policies, plans, and procedures.&middot; Should be able to collaborate with the financial team members to set the required budgets.&middot; Visit local dealers on a regular basis to peruse new inventory and maintain positive working relationships with those vendors.&middot; Inform vendors of our purchasing requirements and ensure all tasks are fulfilled, from producing new keys to providing maintenance records.Requirements&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management, or relevant field.&middot; Proven track record of working as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent, Purchasing Manager or a similar role.&middot; Strong understanding of purchasing processes and policies.&middot; Proficient computer skills (Microsoft office suite).&middot; Ability to create reports and conduct a cost analysis.&middot; Ability to make quick decisions.&middot; Excellent negotiation skills.&middot; Ability to accurately review the contracts.&middot; Ability to manage time effectively.&middot; Good problem-solving skills.&middot; Extremely detail-oriented.&middot; Good oral and written communication skills.&middot; Strong organizational skills.&middot; A keen eye to detail.&middot; Exceptional customer service skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;55,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
