Job Title: Senior Sales &amp; Marketing Manager Job SummaryThe Senior Sales &amp; Marketing Manager will be responsible for the sales and marketing initiatives to drive Sales across all streams of revenue, memberships, banquets, rooms &amp; F&amp;B. Other than responsibility to achieve Sales / revenue targets, the person shall also be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, team building, cost optimisation and maximize revenue across all services. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, high-level client engagement, and execution of marketing campaigns to support the long-term business objectives.Job Type<ul><li>Senior-level / Full-time</li><li>Location: Chembur</li><li>Salary: As per Industry standards commensurate to qualification, experience &amp; current CTC.</li></ul>ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, partnerships, and sponsorships across different service / revenue verticals.</li><li>Manage and mentor junior sales/marketing staff to improve performance.</li><li>Maintain strong networks with corporate clients, event organizers, and hospitality partners.</li></ul>Marketing Strategy &amp; Brand Management<ul><li>Plan and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with the goals.</li><li>Oversee digital marketing, social media campaigns, email marketing, and website updates.</li><li>Review and approve marketing content, promotional materials, and advertising collaterals.</li><li>Work with external agencies, designers, and media partners to ensure consistent brand identity.</li><li>Identify marketing opportunities, seasonal promotions, and member engagement initiatives.</li><li>Design marketing sales promotion &amp; advertising plans for improving visibility of the various services offered by the company.</li></ul>Events &amp; Member Engagement<ul><li>Strategically support club events, tournaments, corporate gatherings, and festivals to enhance revenue.</li><li>Develop member retention programs, loyalty initiatives, and referral campaigns.</li><li>Gather feedback and insights to improve member experience and service quality.</li><li>Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.</li><li>Provide information on market trends, industry standards &amp; ideas / suggestions for improving &amp; maintaining standards and service quality.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Hospitality, or related field.</li><li>15+ years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in hospitality industry across hotels, banquets, clubs etc.). Minimum 3 years experience at Senior Managerial position.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;80,000.00 - &#8377;90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
