About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our Engineering Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for frequent on-site interventions in India and abroad, managing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems. You will play a key part in ensuring project quality, adherence to standards, and timely execution, while working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams on an international scale.Key Responsibilities1. Site Supervision &amp; Execution<ul><li>Oversee the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment on client sites in India and internationally.</li><li>Ensure all work is executed according to design specifications, project requirements, and applicable codes/standards.</li><li>Monitor project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.</li></ul>2. Quality &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Review and approve technical drawings, plans, and material specifications.</li></ul>3. Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.</li><li>Attend site meetings and provide accurate project updates to management.</li><li>Maintain direct communication with clients to address technical inquiries and ensure satisfaction.</li></ul>4. Troubleshooting &amp; Problem-Solving<ul><li>Identify, analyze, and resolve mechanical issues that arise during project execution.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and site personnel.</li></ul>5. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain detailed site reports, inspection records, and project documentation.</li><li>Prepare and submit progress reports to management.</li><li>Ensure all project records are accurately documented for future reference.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.</li><li>Proven experience in mechanical installation, commissioning, and site supervision (experience with international projects is an advantage).</li><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, design specifications, and industry standards.</li><li>Familiarity with safety regulations and quality management systems.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.</li><li>Proficiency in relevant engineering software and MS Office tools.</li><li>Availability to travel frequently for on-site assignments in India and abroad.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits.</li><li>Exposure to international projects in 25+ countries.</li><li>Opportunity to work directly with clients in the food industry and beyond.</li><li>Career development in a fast-growing business division with international scope.</li></ul>About E&amp;S Food TechnologiesE&amp;S Food Technologies is a leading provider of tailored, high-quality, and cost-effective food processing solutions.
