We, at Esketchers are hiring for the post of Business Development Executive. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones via good communication/negotiation skills.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Write winning proposals and bid on relevant IT and software projects on Upwork (and other platforms).</li><li>Identify potential clients, analyze their needs, and tailor proposals accordingly.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with clients and the technical team.</li><li>Understand project requirements and prepare brief documents for internal teams.</li><li>Follow up with leads to convert them into long-term clients.</li><li>Help build and manage client relationships over time.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in Upwork bidding (preferably 6 months - 1 Year).</li><li>Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences, IT, Software Engineering, BBA or relevant field</li><li>Excellent written English and communication skills.</li><li>Understanding of web development, mobile apps, or tech stacks.</li><li>Ability to create professional, customized proposals.</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools (like Trello, ClickUp, or Slack) is a plus.</li><li>Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Market Competitive Salary</li><li>Lucrative commission</li><li>Annual increment</li><li>Subsidized lunch</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>OPD</li><li>Annual Trip</li><li>Team Dinners</li><li>Team Building Activities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
