Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to management, providing guidance and support in various HR functions. You will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in human capital management, talent acquisition, and performance management.Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.</li><li>Manage talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.</li><li>Oversee employee relations initiatives to ensure a positive work environment and address any conflicts or concerns.</li><li>Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.</li><li>Conduct performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback sessions.</li><li>Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Dayforce, or Oracle HCM for data analysis and reporting.</li><li>Support succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential employees and developing career paths.</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, including FMLA regulations.</li><li>Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation efforts.</li><li>Implement process improvements within HR functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on strategic planning and organization design.</li><li>Strong knowledge of talent management practices, including recruiting, performance management, and employee evaluation.</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Kronos, UltiPro) and data collection/analysis skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage conflict.</li><li>Familiarity with affirmative action planning and employment law compliance.</li><li>Experience in project management related to HR initiatives is preferred.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining confidentiality.
