If you love working with your hands, enjoy outdoor work, and have a passion for horticulture and landscaping, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career in a vibrant environment that values teamwork and craftsmanship.Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain lawns and gardens efficiently.</li><li>Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging, pruning trees and shrubs, planting flowers, and mulching beds.</li><li>Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients.</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and ensuring all equipment is properly stored after use.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience with lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.</li><li>Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, landscaping equipment, or construction machinery is highly advantageous.</li><li>Familiarity with horticulture practices including gardening, tree care (trimming and planting), and plant health management.</li><li>Knowledge of irrigation systems, snow plowing techniques, and hardscape construction enhances your ability to succeed in this role.</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.</li><li>Strong teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills in landscaping and maintenance tasks.
