As an Inside Sales Executive, the candidate will support the MR&#8239;Reporting sales team in driving growth by generating and qualifying leads, coordinating demos, and maintaining our CRM.He/She will gain hands&#8209;on experience in B2B SaaS sales processes, hone communication skills, and learn how to build trusting relationships with senior stakeholders in the pharma industry.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting:</li></ul>Research and identify potential pharmaceutical/ healthcare companies and decision&#8209;makers (e.g., Sales Managers, Field Operations Heads).Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites, and industry directories to build lists of qualified prospects.<ul><li>Outbound Outreach:</li></ul>Draft and send personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, and make follow&#8209;up calls to introduce MR&#8239;Reporting.Track responses and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.<ul><li>Demo Coordination:</li></ul>Liaise with prospects to schedule product demo sessions; ensure smooth logistics (calendar invites, meeting links).Prepare basic demo decks and briefs tailored to client profiles.<ul><li>CRM Management:</li></ul>Maintain and update lead and opportunity records in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).Log all outreach activities, call notes, and next&#8209;step actions.<ul><li>Sales Collateral Support:</li></ul>Assist in creating and updating sales materials&mdash;brochures, case studies, e-mail templates.<ul><li>Market Feedback:</li></ul>Gather competitive intelligence and customer pain points from outreach conversations.Share insights in weekly sales&#8209;team huddles to refine messaging.What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Education:</li></ul>Graduated with a Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.<ul><li>Skills &amp; Attributes:</li></ul>Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable cold&#8209;calling.Curious, proactive, with a &ldquo;hunter&rdquo; mindset.Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and translate them into business value.Detail&#8209;oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.<ul><li>Technical Familiarity:</li></ul>Comfortable using CRM systems and basic MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Prior exposure to SaaS or sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.<ul><li>Attitude:</li></ul>Eager to learn, coachable, and thrives in a fast&#8209;paced startup environment.Team player with a positive, can&#8209;do spirit.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
