Our client, a family office&ndash;backed asset management firm specializing in real estate, is seeking a self‑directed Accountant to oversee financial reporting and analysis for a portfolio of multi‑family properties. This role centers on accounting and financial analysis, supporting the accuracy and performance of their real estate investments.Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyze financial statements for multiple real estate investments.</li><li>Reconcile reports, confirm distributions, and identify discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain and update large, complex Excel spreadsheets.</li><li>Handle light administrative support (approx. 20%), including occasional scheduling or travel coordination for family members.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong understanding of multi‑family real estate financials.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills required.</li><li>Experience in accounting or senior bookkeeping roles; family office experience a plus.</li><li>Highly independent, organized, and able to manage tasks with minimal oversight.</li><li>Must reside in Puerto Rico.</li></ul>As a recruitment and workforce management service, we are committed to promoting equal employment opportunity in all recruitment processes.
