Our client, a private family office, is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to support the financial and administrative operations of the family. This is a fully remote role; however, the candidate must be based in Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate has prior family office experience, a strong understanding of financial reporting, and the ability to manage a wide range of personal and professional support tasks with discretion.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and analyze financial statements, reports, and investment summaries</li><li>Oversee day‑to‑day accounting, including AP/AR, writing checks, recording transactions, and maintaining accurate ledgers</li><li>Support investment tracking, including real estate assets and related documentation</li><li>Coordinate travel logistics and book flights for family members</li><li>Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling needs</li><li>Collaborate with external advisors, accountants, and vendors as needed</li><li>Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior family office experience required</li><li>Strong bookkeeping and financial reporting skills</li><li>Experience working with investment records; real estate exposure preferred</li><li>High degree of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment</li><li>Must be based in Puerto Rico</li></ul>As a recruitment and workforce management service, we are committed to promoting equal employment opportunity in all recruitment processes.
