We&rsquo;re looking for a Product Operations Engineer (AIM/Invest) to join our Delivery &amp; Product Operations team on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity cover. So, if you&rsquo;re a technically minded operations professional with strong problem-solving skills and experience supporting software deployments, we would be delighted to hear from you!<br>

About the role:<br>
This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery, deployment and live operation of AIM/Invest solutions. You will play a key role in configuring customer environments, supporting operational stability and ensuring delivery activities are completed to a high standard.<br>
<br>
Working closely with the Delivery &amp; Product Operations Lead and senior engineers, you will contribute to scalable, product-led delivery approaches while supporting ongoing operational and customer requirements.<br>
<br>
<ul><li>Configure and deploy AIM/Invest solutions into customer environments, including models, data interfaces and system configurations</li><li>Support solution deployment activities, including validation, testing and handover into live operation</li><li>Use SQL and related tooling to support configuration validation, troubleshooting and system analysis</li><li>Support onboarding and stabilisation of new customer environments</li><li>Manage operational system activities including database setup, monitoring, backups and health checks</li><li>Investigate and resolve operational and delivery issues using structured problem-solving approaches</li><li>Contribute to improving deployment standards, documentation and operational processes</li><li>Ensure delivery and configuration activities follow defined standards and governance processes</li><li>Support the transition from bespoke delivery approaches to more standardised, product-led solutions</li><li>Work collaboratively with delivery, engineering and support teams to ensure alignment with priorities and customer commitments</li></ul><br>
What we&rsquo;ll need from you:<br>
<ul><li>Experience supporting software deployments and operational environments</li><li>Experience working with databases, integrations or structured data configurations</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to follow operational standards, runbooks and change control procedures</li><li>High attention to detail and strong documentation skills</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly with both customers and internal stakeholders</li><li>Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities</li></ul><br>
Desirable:<br>
<ul><li>SQL and data handling experience</li><li>Exposure to cloud services, monitoring tools or automation/scripting</li><li>Experience working in environments transitioning from bespoke delivery to product-led approaches</li></ul><br>
